The PRH Trust was formed in 2022 from the Settlor, Corey Call, as lifelong steward of health and wealth. 

.  He produced Finance Conferences, started & helped companies grow.  After years of Visions, Developments, Work & Networking in the Health/Wellness space, while living in Hawaii during the Pandemic, PRHT was formed.

 

PRHT produced R8 Financial Conferences in 2022, gathering like minded Leaders in the Health & Wellness and Agricultural space

Our Executive Trustee, now Corey Call, began to gather Mentors & Pioneers in Health & Finance, to find the best models and systems

Built as a Fundless Fund at first, we went after acquisitions, found aligned Contributors, and began.

In 2023 our efforts at R8 Financial, turned into R8 Holdings and we began in 2024, by raising capital to become a Private Equity Holdings company, setting out to build a Professional Management Team that included Executives, Operators, Marketing, Finance and Advisors in the CPG/E-Commerce/Direct to Consumer space for Health & Wellness Products.  We produced 10 events as R8 Financial, raising $300K and testing/refining our Thesis.  With an aligned Team, in 2025, we signed 5 LOIs to buy : A Water Filter, Biohacking & Supplement companies, learned alot, raised more capital, then reorganized, hiring a Managing Director with more Operational & Finance experience.  We then raised another $700K and partnered with multiple Family Offices to fund our Deals for R8 Holdings.

In 2025, our Executive Trustee, brought on 2 new Trustees, built out the Ecosystem for a larger Vision called "Renaissance Wellness (RW) Holdings", with a Vision of "Wholeness Care" Centers, to include a variety of Wellness Services in Rural and City Centers across the world.
